OUR LEAGUE & PHILOSOPHY: We are a developmental league first with ongoing ability to play in NFL regionals and other established tournaments or in cross-site games. We prioritize maximum action and player skill and character development at the top and don't guarantee any minimum level of league play or championships, but we will always have as many games or teams and /or competitions as we can. 

We want our kids to be a part of the Audible Flag:   NFL Flag Football family first and not just their division's NFL team per se. Each program we have is different based on the duration and number of participants. Minimum team roster is 5. Maximum is 10.   

We understand some participants may have different objectives or hopes than us and that is always all good also. We'll always strive to reconcile where we can. Thanks for being on our team! We are all chasing something big in NFL FLAG and we are happy you are here. 

COACH CODE OF CONDUCT I agree to conduct myself in a positive manner toward players, coaches, parents, and officials at all times I will remember that kids register to play football because it is fun. Every child should have the opportunity to play I will support and respect all decisions made by the game officials and refrain from outward criticism I am responsible to understand the rules of the game and abide by those rules I will create a safe and positive environment for my players to learn how to play the sport I will encourage my players to play to the best of their ability and conduct themselves in a positive manner By signing this form, I will honor the Coaching Code of Conduct and will accept any discipline action that comes from violating these policy.
